This years’ Andy’s Earth Day marked the 19th year that Troop 103 has been involved with the rediscovered archeological site known as the “Church on The Main”. The Troop participates in an annual April Earth Day service project at the site in honor of late Eagle Scout Andrew Outlaw. Andrew’s father, Alain Outlaw, is the Archeologist responsible for rediscovering the site that was almost lost to history after having been buried by years and years of dumping by local farmers, members of the community, and real estate developers in the area.

The weather was great this year and perfect for the amount of work that needed to be done. A great day to get dirty, sweaty, have some fun, fellowship and spend time remembering the spirit and the life of Andrew Outlaw!
